Caramelized sous vide whole bananas, Banana caramel sauce, creme patisserie, chocolate almond creme, topped with chocolate fudge, Banana caramel, dehydrated banana, gold leaf and torched meringue. Damn......
I was lucky enough to meet Ry and Aron through my good friend and talented photographer Drex Dreschel. Drex and I have been friends for a couple years now and he told me that his buddies who had started a successful Bakery in SF were now on the hunt for a location in NYC. A midst the year or two it took to nail down the perfect location I had become friends with both Ry and Aron and as soon as construction process began we started working on a uniform. For Ry and Taylere they'll both be wearing our custom "Chef Shirt" featuring a hidden snap closure, an over-long hem to stay securely tied below their apron, vented side seams for easy access to pockets which isall featured in our signature country washed linen. Front of house will be wearing our Walter short sleeved shirt and all staff will be wearing our custom Supermoon Bakehouse Waist Aprons.
